After hot minutes in the car
Fruitlessly searching a little-known
Aboriginal cave in Leichardt.
And earlier on, much cooler and calmer,
In the peaceful shade of the playground.

The swing is a firm favourite of ours
When two bubbies want cuddles, and there are only arms for one.
This morning, Lowan is rocked to peaceful dreams by its motion
But keeps tucking his little head under the armstrap.
It looks uncomfortable, but we guess it's not!

Morning boys
After a no-sleep restless night...
Where, wrapped only to the waist,
Their flailing hands meant
They were separated
To either end of their cot.
And instead, the twins searched each other out,
Twisting their heads around to see each other,
And eventually, being head-to-head anyway,
With Bastien's body moved 90 degrees to his brother.
